This period also signals an opportunity for growth, with Spring arriving in full force, days lengthening, and the cold gradually subsiding.

However, it is essential to remain mindful of lingering cold elements. Sudden weather shifts can bring winter-like conditions, so scarves and hats serve as protective barriers against unexpected chills. Additionally, maintaining a balanced diet is crucial to counteract seasonal dryness. Since this is a season of growth, supporting the body's nourishment is key. Foods such as dates, carrots, yams, and burdock root help strengthen the earth element, while dark leafy greens enhance the wood element associated with Spring.
